The ruffles along the sides and bottoms give it that traditional look to your window. This is a single rod style as the panels are sewn together.  The crisscross look occurs because of the way they are overlapped and sewn together. 

The Sheer Voile Priscillas are sold as a PAIR with tie backs, 2" ruffle and valance.
