Taylor is a chic solid color tier and valance by H.C. International. Taylor is an elegant window treatment with a 4” inch floral cutwork and scalloped hem line. The cutwork is emphasized by an outline of the design in white or taupe thread. The blue and sage cutwork has white thread detail, the ecru has the same feature in taupe thread.
